The Haven House, Inc. mission is to end rape and abuse in Southeast Missouri through shelter, support, advocacy and education. They provide support to victims of sexual assault or domestic violence victims and their children. God bless this organization for stepping in to care for the beaten and brokenhearted people in our community with the following programs!
24 HOUR HOTLINE to talk with anyone who is being affected by domestic or sexual violence. HOTLINE: 573-686-5064
THE SHELTER has 31 beds available for those seeking shelter or forced from their homes due to violence. SUPPORT GROUPS to help survivors of domestic or sexual violence find encouragement, strength and overcome trauma. M-F at 10am OUTREACH resources are available for obtaining household and hygiene items, safety planning and community referrals as survivors find ways to gain control over their lives. COURT ADVOCATES assist with protection orders, safety planning, notification of rights, accompaniment and applications for Crime Victims Assistance. BATTERERS’ INTERVENTION is a court mandated program intended to rehabilitate convicted offenders. PARENTING AFTER DIVORCE class is held in effort to create healthy co-parenting lifestyle for your child(ren).

Donations are accepted M-F 8am-4pm at Haven House. They are always in need of household furnishings, linens, toys, in-season clothing, canned foods, fresh produce, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, napkins, condiments and personal hygiene products. Ask your party caterer to drop off leftovers for residents to share.
